| Who is the Mysterious Thin Chap? Summer 1983 (or possibly 1984) Knole Park was the venue of a District Camp, visited by the Chief Scout of the United Kingdom and Overseas Territories, Major General Michael J H Walsh CB DSO. Somebody from the 14th Tonbridge Venture Scout Unit escorted him around the site during his vist. The question is, who ????? |
